Just goes to show how silly and meaningless these 'scores' are, and underlines the fact that they're a money-making racket. I'm in the process of trying to get a mortgage, so checked my Experian via PrivacyGuard for free. To my surprise, my Experian 'score' also appeared for free. 913!! I've never missed a payment in my life, but on nobody's planet am I in the top 8% or whatever for creditworthiness (alongside a bankrupt!).

Funny how Call Credit - which I subscribe to for free via Noddle - 'score' me 3/5, despite holding about 95% of the exact same information that Experian has about me. If I believed in scoring (which I generally don't), I'd go with Call Credit as being a more accurate assessment. And free!
