Annoying neighbours

Sorry this probably isn't what you want to hear but after a few years of struggling with similar situations, my advice would be - Move. ASAP. Especially as you're renting.
You might be able to make it slightly (and I do mean only slightly) better by reporting them, going through the right channels, doing the diaries, etc etc etc.... but you can never change these people's mindset and they will never change their behaviour for you or anyone!0 -
Yes, because I don't appreciate people smoking drugs around my kids. It's not like they're a bit noisy or something, they're doing illegal drugs which I can now smell all over my house and in the clothes that I'd been drying on the line.
Sorry if my nasty habit of despising drugs makes me an awful neighbour
If it is that bad ring the police tell them you want somebody out today hopefully they'll catch them smoking the weed. Although I don't think the police will do anything about it other than asking them not to continue.
I don't see how they are smoking so much its making your laundry, house etc stink though unless they are stood against your washing line or outside your window / door.Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0 -

They stand right at the bottom of the garden (next to the fence between their garden and mine) an there are about 4 or 5 of them with a joint each, which unfortunately is right next to my (unfortunately concreted in) rotary line.
Today I am drying my clothes in the front garden

I'm pretty sure that they live there, they were in their pyjamas all day etc, but not 100%0 -
Sounds like Benefit Britain's housing association suburbs at their finest.0

They really are. They have been moved in for no longer than a week, and already their metal recycling is overflowing with beer cans, their plastic is overflowing with cider bottles & their glass bin is full of wine bottles.
The road is beautiful (all brand new and clean) except for outside their house, which looks like a tip!
Also, I was chatting to one of our neighbours, who also has part of their garden backing on to his, and he said that yesterday they flicked a butt over his fence which burned a hole through his daughter's new trampoline!0
