As they are on a tight budget and have definite dates in mind, have you thought about waiting until about a month before they are due to leave before booking?
We do this every year and usually some good deals around. 3 adults last year, flying from local airport to the canaries, All Inclusive in JulAugust was just under a grand.
When you're booking with online sites like teletext holidays, they usually give a per person price, then add on some extras, which we found was around the £100 mark for the 3 of us.

As for locations, think that depends what kind of girls they are. However, if it was my daughter I would tend to avoid the usual places like faliraki and ibiza, but maybe I'm over protective :D

Try putting in your dates in teletext holidays, then put a date in 4 weeks from now to give you a rough idea of the price differences :)

This may not work for everyone who have a specific holiday in mind, but definitely works for us who just want to get away for a week and chillax. So we don't mind where we're going as long as we get away from here :)

I am in my early 20's and am returning to Gumbet in Turkey for the third year in a row. Even though this is an 18-30s destination, you can either hit bar street and join them, or stay well clear and enjoy the entertainment in the surrounding bars.

I have looked at easyjet and a flight on Weds 29th for the three girls is £773. I then used low cost holidays, and there was a self catering apartment in Gumbet called Ozukara Apartments for £33.33 per person. I then looked at transfers4u.com and transfers would be £20.61 return for the three of them.

The reason I suggest Gumbet, is that when you are there, an english breakfast is about £2 and a pint is around £2.20. So it would be relatively cheap for them once they get there!!

I hope you find something. I am going in 4 weeks and managed to keep an eye on the prices til the flights dropped. Got 10 days B&B leaving on 22nd June for £205 each including parking at the airport, transfers, hotel and flights. If you really look, you will find something.

Magaluf Mallorca - cheap flight from any London airport ~ Resort Hoppa from Palma > Magaluf. Find them a two bed apartment (plenty around) via an agency or private. They won't have the constraints/noise of a hotel so may get two hours sleep sometime in the day/night plus they can decide what they want to eat/drink when they want. Matching T shirts off ebay so they will know the other two girls.
