That doesnt make a lot of sense. You have basically asked how baked beans taste compared with the tin.
The ISA is the investment wrapper. The funds inside of it is where your money is invested. There are a couple of thousand funds available to invest in and each has a varying degree of risk from low risk to high risk.
Fidelity themselves offer a range of investment funds covering many different risk sectors. Some have proven to be good, some less so.
Ideally, you should compare funds in the same sector and risk rating. Otherwise you make the mistake the Daily Mail made some years ago by listing corporate bond funds in the same performance charts as tech funds. Corporate bond funds being low risk, low volatility compared with tech funds with high risk and high volatility. Consequently, people pulled out of corp bond funds and went into high risk funds when they shouldnt have done and then paid the price for doing so. Anyway, i get off subject...
Which funds/sectors are you looking to invest in?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
