Parking Fine passed to debt collector will affect my credit rating?

Today I received a letter from Stirling Park - Debt Collectors about two unpaid parking tickets I received from Glasgow City Council.
I mistakenly thought these tickets had already been paid but obviously not.
I phoned up Stirling Park and paid the two fines (£60 Total) immediately.
I am very concerned now that by forgetting about these parking tickets I have affected my credit rating. I currently have a good credit score of 988 on experian. I have been saving for ages for a first deposit for a house and will be applying for a mortgage this year. I'm absolutely distraught by the notion that this whole parking ticket situation will affect my credit rating and thus my ability to get a favorable mortgage or even one at all.
Please could someone tell me whether or not this will affect my credit rating/score?
Thanks

Unpaid council PCNs do not affect your credit score.0

Even though Glasgow City Council have sold it to the debt collectors? I thought the fact the sold the debt to Stirling Park would have some sort of negative impact on my credit rating?0

How sure are you that these are council fines, they are some very good impersonations.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

No it will not effect your credit rating at all, debt collectors mean nothing. besides you have paid.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Yeah they are definitely council fines. I have got one before and had to go to the council offices to pay the fine.0

I'm really worried about the potential adverse affects on my credit rating as Stirling Park were involved. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I read somewhere on another site that when a local authority sell your debt to the debt collectors they inform the credit reference agency so it will be difficult to gain credit in the future. Is there any truth in that?
I would be so happy if this has no affect on me.0 -
Thanks for your help guys. I feel so relieved after what was a day of utter panic over such a stupid mistake on my part.0

No, they issue fake distress warrants signed by council employees with fake identities, then send Baliffs to pretend the warrants are genuine, but they wont show anyone one for some strange reason since the one on you tube was shown to be a 100% fake, or "mistake" as the council called it, the video is on youtube somewhere.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Camcar, you need to bear in mind that you are dealing with people who routinely tell lies in order to get people to hand over money.
Council PCNs do not go through a County Court to be enforced, and do not create a CCJ which would go on any credit record.
That will not prevent the aforementioned liars from telling you they will, in order to get you to pay. Which is what happened!0
