I'd agree that the OP appears to be being selective in his reponses. However, your post edit merely lists out questions that have already been asked in several of the other posts............and ignored by the OP;)

If your wife and the estate agent are texting and flirting with each other, then YOU should definitely start texting and flirting with him too.
How old is she? And what dress size is she? Just for research purposes.
Can I have her number as well? Not yours though, you sound a bit too paranoid, pathetic and insecure for me.

What is the content of the texts.
If they are upsetting you both, get yourselves into the shop and sort it out.
If they are sexual, call the police.
I've worked with confidential data before, just because a customer gives their number to a company for business reasons does not mean they expect a representative of that company to then use that number to text them from his private phone, in his spare time about something unrelated.
There are specific reasons companies are allowed to store such data, they cannot use it however they want.0 -

Although I am sure you are correct, in the context of this thread there are some material details that are missing.
Before the OP rings the Police, writes to his employer or beats this guy up (all suggested / inferred), he needs to be sure of the facts.
For all we know, his estranged wife could have been the first to text the estate agent and may be enjoying the exchange of messages.
It may be just the OP is a jealous ex-husband who is not happy that his ex-wife has moved on ?

Seriously - we are all making light of something that is probably earth shattering for the OP. Seeing a relationship end like this in front of your eyes must be terrible with trust all gone.
The Estate Agent should not be doing this, not in the slightest professional and a clear conflict of interests. That said, you may confront him and he may show you a bit of paper that your soon to be ex scrawled her number on - you do not know.
Give him a dig and you may feel better, go down there and the office probably already know what is going on and the guy is probably built like a tank as otherwise giving him a dig would have already been resorted too.
Rubbish situation and I do feel sympathy for you. Man up - pull the house sale and then neither of them will be laughing then!
Aside from this, move out man and try and forget about it all.

We used Bridgfords in Padgate and they were carp. I sacked them off after 10 weeks and the new agent sold it almost straightaway.
Tapping your wife up is the least of the problems you're likely to have.0 -
