I thought I would update on this, I asked the supervisor for time off, he said no, I went to the boss who seemed rather shocked that I went to him he also said no, speaking to my colleagues its a normal thing this, they don't let people out for anything, doctors, dentists doesn't matter a damn so I did the only thing I could do, I took the day off and went to the interview, I've said it before and I'll say it again, I have never worked in such a bloody horrible place and the sooner I am out the better, I have another interview on the 4th so that should be interesting.

If your holidays are fixed what if you need to go to the doctor in an emergency? They don't allow it?

If you can't arrange it for after work then you will either have to take a chance and call in sick or get it for your lunch break if you can do that and it's near?

Oh the interview was for today?

Only in exceptional circumstance apparently, Yes interview was today, well it was supposed to be on Monday but they phoned to rearrange, just hope I get it before my sanity goes where I am.
