    What does your lease say regarding structural repairs and maintenance?

    Do you pay a service charge?

    Both leaseholders have to make a 'reasonable' contribution to repairs made by the free holder. Unlike a bit of vague language to muddy the waters hey :eek:

    No service charge and ground rent @ £25 p/a but the landlord is not present so none has been paid (I have the relevant indemnity policies and contingent policies from the purchase - can I claim from these?)
