finally recieved mine the other day,first pair was all correct and guy just turned up at my door then had an email later in the day saying they was being delivered that day!!!
second pair turned up a day or two later but totally wrong and about an hour later the lady from ribena phoned me out the blue and said theres been a mistake and theyre going to swap them out this friday so hopefully sorted now!
got them in the end and the first competition weve ever won so chuffed!!!

well done, hun...i'm still waiting for mine....how did you manage to win two pairs though, or were you entering from different IP addresses...

Hi, i had to join these site after reading some comments, i won wellies, and i had them with 2 and a half weeks.

The customer service team were great when i spoke to them - did any of you call them??

I just feel that its really sad to see so many people giving negative comments when you have just won a pair of free wellies up to £100,

Yeah ok some i agree that some of you have waiting quite a long time, but at end of the day peeps free wellies . . .yahooo

hi i won with the same ip address but used different names,dobs and emails, just did a set in my wifes name and my name!
ive heard they reject some but i never had any of that and trying to win some more for my daughter now!!!

So I've been doing this competition since it started and I'm losing the will now! I use different IPs next day and use my personal email and my other email.

I just guess I'm not meant to have lovely wellies. Can anyone give any hints?
