6 weeks for me now too the summers nearly over so i ended up buying the same pair that I won as i just couldnt wait any longer and needed them for some festivals. just have to see if i can sell them on ebay when they do eventually turn up hopefully before christmas

i was really hoping to have them by now,i know theyre free but they shouldnt get peoples hopes up and say within 28 days if they cant deliver!
has anybody tried calling them,think i will be on monday

It's been 9 weeks for me! I'm emailed them multiple times and rang 2 weeks ago to be told my wellies would be sent out the next day but clearly they wasn't. I've emailed them one last time and if they fail to reply again i'm definetly considering reporting them! I want my wellies!

Guesse I'm winning then!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10 weeks on Monday since I won, I have emailed and gotten the automated reply.....that they are busy.... I have used the Twitter account and Facebook in the end I phoned they took details and I am still waiting for them to get back to me a week later.
