I posted earlier regarding O2 wanting me to pay an increased tariff on phones I had ordered before the tariff increase.

I've had a call from O2s complaint review service who have said that they will honour the original dea,l and couldn't understand why the shop wouldn't in the first place.

They are also notifying the area manager as it would seem they've had problems with this particular store previously.

Needless to say I'm seriously happy with the outcome!
