Can seller refuse to complete sale to buyer?

Just to say, she did sell me the coat after i called her bluff about Ebay.
I say bluff because s**tty Ebay said they can't intervene, I should leave feedback about her conduct if anything.
It must be great working for Ebay's 'customer service', you sit on your fat !!!!!! all day, send out a standard email to aggrieved clients, never ever have to answer the phone (because No-one knows your number) and collect your wages at the end of the month.
Talk about a stressful job!!

You can bet she'd have given you a NPB like lightning had you not paid...there should be a similar system for a strike against a seller who has dishonoured a "binding contract" !!! This is where the feedback system really annoys me..it effectively blackmails you into NOT leaving honest feedback for fear of retaliation. Good luck with getting some joy out of Ebay...you'll need it!
