OK, are you sure that she did this correctly?0

Have you checked that you have the MMS service active on your acc at the network end?0

Have you actually compared the settings against the details on that link? there may be a typo that is preventing it from working.carebear13 wrote: »yep- thats what she did for me in the store.

What error do you get when you try to send/receive.0 -
no error- just wont download what i recieve and on the ones that i send it just stays on sending. will double check the settings.
thanks.0 -
You are actually connected to data services aren't you (as in able to access internet pages)?
You can't send MMS over the ordinary texts route, you have to have data access enabled (or be connected to Wi-Fi)I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say.

yes- have tried both wi fi and normal internet. have spoken to them again and they have resent the settings, have done taking the battery out for 5 mins, still no success. so think the next thing was to contact them again for them to speak to the 2nd tier tech team??? does this mean i will be without a phone?
thanks for help so far everybody.0 -
2nd line support just have more experience and more tools to access the network software.
Just a thought, how long have you had the sim? and have you been able to use MMS on another phone before using that sim??0 -
new phone and sim last friday. have been advised to go into the store and ask them to try the sim in one of their handsets as all of our phones are locked to 3, if it works then it's the phone, if not then it's the sim. what a palaver- am beginning to think i am a jinx. every phone i have had i have had problems with mms lol.0
