Worked for me but they had taken most of the stickers off so only managed to get chicken drumsticks and some ribs. She also accidently only gave me the difference, lucky I was there to remind her it was double

everytime ive gone to customer services they say sorry and they will give me "the money back" but dont say how much. as soon as i ask how much it is they then say DTD. one woman started smirking when i asked.
they all have their ways not to give it to you

I bought 4 packs but wimped out of asking for DTD. he just gave me £7 back!

Getting DTD involved a call to the manager in my store since apparently they were in the act of taking the stickers off, But I got it, thanks OP.

They are £3.50 a pack so if you can find the stickered ones buy them as they do not go through on the bogof! I paid & headed straight to customer services for my double the difference. I got £21.50 back.

ARRGHH... went to my local at lunchtime, saw the offer packs, got happy, loaded up the basket... went to tills, it went through as full price as expected. Took my products to the customer services bit, told the person the problem... he took a pack and wandered off... I presume to check if there were others there, when he returned, I got my refund (woohoo), but then he said he had to put the items through again... so put half of them in as that would count as half free. Said it was because I used the self service tills, I've never known that problem before. I use the self service till most of the time, and had refunds now and again.... so I've just sent an email to customer services!

Grrr... almost a perfect deal ruined....

just back from my local got 2 packs of pepper steak and 2 packs of chinese pork steaks, could have got more but didnt want to push it, dtd given no problem, there was also another lady at c/s getting an innocent dtd on them,they were getting someone to sort out the problem as i was there, this was the CHESTER***EILD extra
