I hate T Mobile

Latest problem with T Mobile.
Paid for 30 days internet access on my T Mobile dongle on the 17th May. Last night (22nd May) when trying to use the internet, it advised me my time had expired and need to pay more money to continue using the internet...grrrr
Spent £2.00 for 24 hours access, tried to find the relevant number to contact T Mobile which is not easy on their website. Tried via 150 but when hitting the correct key to speak to someone it just ignored my request and then repeated the options.
I selected speaking to someone in sales, who could not help me but told me which selections would work. I tried this and got through to someone who was a bit confused by the situation but was helpful. Told me my 30 days is still valid and the 24 hours access I paid for last night has been added to the end of my 30 days which I don't want. He has now agreed to refund the £2.00 but cannot confirm 100% whether I still have my 30 days and told me to monitor my connection...
So wasted 30 minutes (Hopefully) resolving this, although I would not be surprised if it happens again tonight.
I really should transfer companies as I've had no end of trouble with T Mobile eg surly shop staff more interested in playing on their phone, shop staff illegally adding insurance premium to cover a £10 dongle onto the price of the dongle although I expressly told them not to (They breached the FSA conduct in numerous ways), poor technical support and also not removing the adult bar (I do matched betting so need to access bookmakes sites) when I recently bought a dongle even though they supposedly went through the process of removing it in the shop.
Has anyone else had the problem with T Mobile on the 30 day internet use recently?
