Care hire excess insurance

Hi,

I am considering buying annual insurance from icarhireinsurance.com, but I am not sure how much is covered.

The agreement with the car rental company states that it does not cover the undercarriage of the car at all. It seems like there is no 'excess', but rather the entire damage has to be paid for by the renter. Does icarehireinsurance cover this or should I look for something else?

Thanks

M
