I have been receiving cold calls from 01619390442. I googled the number and they are a Company called TIC. When they called again I decided to answer to have some fun. It was a guy asking to speak to me about PPI reclaim, so told the guy I've never had a loan, so am not entitled to anything (I might be but that's not the point, I can deal with that myself). Anyway he proceeded to ask me if I had any family members who had been in an accident that required medical attention in the last 3 years, and this is how the conversation progressed:

Him: Have any family members been in an accident that required medical attention in the last 3 years?

    Me: Yes, he's dead.

Him: Can I talk to him?

    Me: No, he's dead.

Him: Can you give me a number for him because I'd quite like to speak to him about...

Me: (interupting him) REALLY??? Are you going to hold a seance, because he's dead?

Him: He's still in hospital requiring treatment?

Me: No he's dead, as in deceased, not breathing!

Him: Oh right...no I can't help him then.

Me: No, I don't think you can, goodbye!

Most fun I've had in ages! I'm going to think up more incase they call back!

Just sit back and remember that there's another bandwagon just around the corner.

    We've had:
    Debt consolidation loans
    Bank charges reclaiming
    IVAs
    Gold in an envelope
    Personal Injury claims management

PPI is just the next "quick buck" for these chancers. They'll jump on the next one as soon as it passes by.

yep we are getting these too and they are annoying.....if i'm feeling grumpy i just put the phone down because as said above they dont take telling that you're not interested, but mostly i have fun with them ..... i tell them that the person they wanted to speak to is not in but im the burglar.....or i place the phone near to the radio or telly and listen to them try to have a converstation with it.
