Delivered a box with nothing in - Yodel/Zavvi

Hi,
I recently ordered an iPad 2 using Zavvi's ebay outlet. All was fine the parcel was shipped yesterday and arrived today. The only problem being that my flatmate was in and collected the parcel from yodel and commented on how light it was. When I got home and opened it it appears it was so light because nothing was in the delivery box, there was about 2 metres of padding paper and 3 leaflets but no ipad or ipad box to be seen?!
What are my rights for this? I've already contacted Zavvi who have contacted Yodel and they should be back to me within 24 hours I'm told.
I paid by PayPal so I'm assuming that I should be able to get my money back if it comes down to that. But moreso I'd like to have the actual iPad and I got it at a really good price from them?
Are they likely to send me a replacement and claim the iPad back in insurance off yodel?
Any ideas?

Sounds more like their packing error than Yodel stealing it.
Make sure you keep the packaging as they may well ask for it to be sent back so they can inspect it to see if it has been tampered with.
Assuming they are comfortable with the fact it isnt you stealing it then they will presumably replace or refund it depending if they have others in stock or not0 -
Did the box look tampered with or anything?
If not, might be worth asking them to do a stock count to verify the error.0
