complaint procedure question
my mobile phone provider has changed parts of my plan which i complained about and we have not agreed a resolution. my next step is to take the matter to an independant arbitrator (CISAS). my question is about if i have to take the matter to CISAS? as i don't beleive that CISAS is independant, is there any other options available to me?
thanks in advance.

I think ultimately you can sue your provider, but there is no point in not appealing to the ombudsman first.0
