Thanks, it is a carpark owned by the retail park that they look after.
Had i not been distracted by the kids in the car I would have walked over and collected the free parking ticket. Unfortunately I forgot and came back 30 mins later to find a £90 charge on the window. 5 others were caught in the same way as me whilst I spoke to the attendant.
Their loss was £0 as it is a free carpark for the first 2 hours. I can prove by dated and timed receipts that I spent my time in the retail park as opposed to in the town centre, a 10 minute walk away.
Unless anyone thinks I am in the wrong i will ignore these people and their threats.

Most regulars on this parking board have ignored a fake PCN like yours, or several. Nothing happens except the letters already shown in the second to top thread 'PPC letters & threats'.
