    I've been Money Tipped!
Tru - so sorry to hear.

About to do washing by the ton as it is sunny. Got the beds changed yesterday. However I am hunting to do all the stuff that cannot be tumble dried first, as this weather is not supposed to last. Sent little bear into school without a sweater, but put a vest on him just in case.

Jackie O Re kindles - if you haven't got one, you can download a free programme that lets you use kindle books on your pc. Forget the books being sold, there is a range of books that are free, and also you can borrow them as well (not exactly sure how). linky It touts things like 'the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes' as free - out of copyright you see. I really want to get the programme, but apparently it is on the computer somewhere and OH is not happy about me getting at it. sigh.

Actually had the meal I planned last night and the last of the pork is being simmered with a jar of korma sauce and with rice for tonight - if all goes to plan. It has to at some point.

I already have a backlog of ironing, so on this bright sunny day, this is what I will be doing. And washing. Which makes more ironing....

    Hugs to all

    Hi All

Sorry to hear of your loss TRU.hugs.

İts another gorgeous day and the temperature is bearable at about 28.
i only have one lesson today and it starts in about 10minutes. İt's a tough one because i have a student who want tutoring in interview techniques which is tough because i have no idea what questions Turkish employers ask and it has been a long time since i dealt with anything HR!-i have been looking on the net and everything seems to be aimed at the newly graduated American! whereas my student is a mother returning to a job in the industry she has worked in before.(and i have no idea about the automotive industry).
    Role on term end!!--
DD thinks she did well yesterday in her exams and is confident about todays offerings--geometry and English. she has had a year of intensive maths/geometry and naturally she shines in English!
After my lesson i am free but lack imagination to do anything so will probably hang around the office--its a sad reflection on my life that i do nothing!
Anyway i hope everyone has a lovely day and hugs to all those that are in need!

((hugs)) tru sorry to hear about molly

Morning all. It's really sunny so I'll put a wash on in a mo and get it hung out. I was bummed and fed up yesterday so called home to see what was going on and it really helped, I'll probably do it again today. My Nan's fridge has gone to a family friend who hasn't been able to afford a new one since theirs broke, her fancy recliner to a relative having a hip replacement and the contents of the bulging larder given away and we still keep getting donations for her charity. It's good to know she's still helping people :j

Tru I'm so sorry to hear about Molly (typing this through tears, daft muppet that I am). I have a mental image of little Lily waiting the other side of the Rainbow Bridge to meet her.

Monnagran thanks for your kind thoughts from yesterday's thread - all prayers accepted in the spirit they are given!:o

WM has been on three times this morning:eek: but I have an empty washing bin and a full whirligig now.:D Nice and sunny, so it should all dry, even the green dress that has to be washed alone cos it runs better than Usain Bolt, and goes out dripping wet.:o

Mushroom Risotto for tonight's dins - the shrooms are already sliced (in the freezer - I bought a load, and sliced them and froze them in dins-sized pots) and Mr LW kindly diced the onion ready for me before he went to work this morning.:A

I have to say, the OS board is so lovely and supportive - thank you all for being my friends.:A:A:A

    Afternoon all

BB - it's beautifully sunny and warm here :) whereabouts is DD staying?
    Tru - so sorry x
Good luck to Adelight, all those who have exams this week

Been stuck indoors all morning for work but will be taking the work kids out this afternoon to the beach :D

Off out for a drink with a friend tonight, but before that I need to tidy the house as it's a bit messy!

OS wise - tidy house, WM on this morning and out in the sun, dishes to wash, laundry to put away. This morning I put 10 x hotdog rolls, 4 x crumpets and 1 x soup portion in freezer, my freezer is jam-packed now!! :rotfl:

    Have a good day all

    Morning All
tru I am so sorry to hear about Molly. I shed a few tears as well ... So many of us have lost much loved pets in the last couple of weeks :cry: ((((Hugs))))

Another NSD today :jwe haven't been shopping since Saturday and that was only to pick up some eggs from the GG and some fruit and veg from the market.

Gorgeous here today and lovely and warm with a little breeze, I have already dried 2 machine loads on the line and am waiting for load number 3 to finish.
DH has stripped the covers off the settee and chair and that is in a heap ready to be washed, I have to wash it quite frequently because it is white with black flowers:eek: I love it, but is a SOB to get off and back on. It is ok if it takes 2 days or even more, because we do have a spare set, even though I am not overly fond of the colour.

I think I will do some baking this afternoon, I need to make some tortilla wraps, bread and pizza bases and I will probably make some twinks and a swiss roll or 4 :D and then then some can go in the freezer (Twinks dough freezes fine) and I will keep some out for the next couple of days.

Thoughts & Prayers to all the rest ;)

Pretty tired y/day so went home and had a little siesta before doing Seabass & Garlic Pot slices for tea. Yummm!

Washed cats blankets before work - hope OH has pegged them out. Will defo wash sofa covers tonight when I get back from 2nd job at 7.15pm.

Lunch is HM Soup & HM bread. Tea will be LO from last couple of days with sausages found in the freezer!!!

Mum has kindly taken all my ironing today so will hopefully have that back tomorrow - She's an angel :A

Getting very excited about my greenhouse that is soon to be installed in the JWAH garden. Second hand, and its already down so that will be one heck of a challenge to put it back up correctly!!! (I may conveniently be out that day!).

Gorgeously sunny here, looks like it will be all week.

    Enjoy!
