o2 unauthorised charges

It appears there are a number of unauthorised transactions to o2 from my bank acount via direct debit. The amounts taken do not match that on my bill.
May's bill was £26.83 yet £105.04 was taken on 8th May.
April's charge was more than double the amount stated on the bill.

This overcharge of £105.04 has resulted in a bank overdraft charge.

It is extremely worrying that o2 are unable to keep track of transactions and charge the correct amount each month.

How has this happened? What is the best way to get my money back?

Call your bank, quote the DD guarantee and demand the immediate refund. Then call O2, pay the correct amount over a phone and find out why they overcharged you.
