No, Sellers have upto 30 days to send the item, depending on the terms of the listing.
We always state to allow 10 working days for dispatch & 1-3 for delivery with RM
Have you contacted the seller?0 -

if item is not posted within 7 days the seller is not covered by the seller protection policy0 -
Have tried to contact seller but with no joy.
Am feeling a little:o as they are a very newbie with fb from one buyer, the others being sellers (but everyone has to start somwhere!)
Am feeling a little concerned as he has received no FB from any buyers from auctions won 27th feb untill 3rd march:eek:
I expected delivery to take a little while as i should imagine due to the size of item it would be sent parcel post.0 -

I would pull their details from eBay & try & phone them.
If you dont get any response file a INR claim with Paypal, but if the seller has pulled the funds into their bank account, you wont get a penny back.0 -

I would open a dispute through Paypal, it may stir the seller into doing something....0 -

they will, if paypal sides with the buyer, as they mostly do...buyer gets the refund and sellers paypal account goes into a minus....
then they often start chasing the seller with debt collectors0 -

Paypal must have changed the system, as I have been waiting for £600 of a £800 claim as paypal only paid a partial payment from a claim that was 2 yrs ago.
They said once the seller places more funds in the account I would get it until I was fully paid as the seller had withdrawn the funds to his bank account.
I ended up taking it to small claims court & won by default but still waiting to receive a penny0 -

I think they always say this, but I've never heard of it actually happening.
The best thing to do if paypal can't get a full refund from the seller is speak to your credit card supplier. My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I did back the payment with cc as it was for over 50.00
Is it the done thing do you think to contact one of the members who also won one of there items to see if they have had contact ?
This seller has no more items for sale so there is a good chance they have cleared out there acc:mad:0
