How lenient are you with buyers?

"How leniant are you with buyers?"
Me too I'm pretty lenient.
I sell must have items (to cetain people) that don't appear on ebay to often. I get quite a lot of slow payers who I expect are waiting for their salary to come in.
I generally give them 7 days before harrassing them.
Must admit I sometimes find myself being a slow payer waiting for Peter to pay Paul ;+)0 -

I sell a fair few items through e-bay, mainly CDs, tour passes all that sort of thing. I've never really had any problem with non-payers etc until now.
I state clearly in my auctions that winning bidders must pay within 7 days - or at least contact me in some way.
I've sold two items, one quite high value, and I've heard from neither winning bidder. And it's now been 10 days since the auction end.
So - I'm not really sure what to do next?
I've sent them both a reminder invoice after 5 days, and then this morning a polite message asking them to contact me asap!
At what stage should I file the non-paying bidder thingy?
Try this link:

All you need to do is enter their username and the item number, then ebay will e-mail you their phone number.
We sell beds and mattresses on ebay, so as you can imagine some of them are quite high value. We deliver using our own transport, so we won't deliver unless they confirm their phone numbers and delivery address. So we allways send an e-mail asking for confirmation. If they don't reply to the confirmation within a couple of days, then we use the link above to obtain their phone number, and we call them direct.
You wouldn't believe the number of people who buy items on line, but never check their e-mails.
By the way I've just found what seems to be a quite new auction site which is very cheap compaired to ebay, I hope it takes off as I'm rather fed up with ebay at the moment: http://www.bestauction.co.uk0
