    Brilliant, fingers crossed :D

I spoke to a very helpful young lady & she couldn't really help me with the application form but asked me where I was stuck, she basically told me what to put & to mention in the box provided that at the time i worked for the NHS she said she was very familiar with the generous cover they provided & that basically the PPI would be worthless & for me to enclose a copy of the agreement & send it in the pre paid envelope & not to bother with recorded delivery as half the time they never arrived or got mislaid !!

I asked her about the PPI on the credit card re my other post on another thread & she gave me a phone number to call, I had to go out but wil do that tomorrow.

All looking good .. thanks for your help xx:T

Good news ... after receiving two letters the 1st acknowledging the questionnaire & telling us it would be approx 8 weeks for them to look into the complaint; the 2nd which arrived 10 days ago advising it might take a little longer as they were still looking into it, we had a 3rd letter arrive yesterday telling us they've decided to reimburse the total cost of the PPI policy & offered us £3,798.72 which is the amount incl interest stated on the original policy agreement.:T:T:T

Still waiting for them to get back to me on the credit card PPI though.
