Miele FJM Vacuum Cleaner Dust Bags

I would recommend a Miele to anyone who'd listen to me rave about how awesome they are! My husband recently really nearly killed mine when using it to clear up the mess following a wall being knocked down
I conatcted Miele who had it serviced and back to brand new performance in 1 week FOR FREE!!!! as it was 11 months old. And they gave me free NEW turbo head and parquet head.
Re. the bags - I had been using the paper ones from ebay and thought they were a bargain, but since getting a couple of FREE!! ones from Miele I will only by the genuine ones in future as the vacuum performance is much better.
BUY A MIELE!!!!:j0 -
I suspect that Simeon is a spammer - the site he mentions is a US site, so a bit strange that he is a new poster on a UK forum. You won't get many referrals from here, mate. Also, you have a male name, but frankly, write like a girl, in prose that sounds like it is lifted directly from an ad.
For the benefit of new viewers who are considering Miele - they are very good. We have had Dysons, Bush, several others - Miele is the best by far. I bought one a couple of years ago and you could extend the 2 year warranty to 10 years for £30, plus they sent me a free set of bags.
They aren't reduced at the moment, but you can usually get the £150 one for £90 in Debenhams sale:

This one at £109 at Currys is the cheapest I can find today:

We used to buy the paper bags for our Miele Cat & Dog. They were OK but switched to a supplier on ebay who sells a fabric version that we find provides better performance.
The main difference is that the bag's closure mechanism is not as sophisticated as the genuine Miele - but if all you are doing is chucking it in the bin what's the point?0
