Thanks

Hi there
I have found www.dustbag.co.uk to have what you need in stock, economical and efficient at getting your order out to you. I'm just a satisfied customer, no other connection!

Also recently purchased a Miele (great arn't they!) and ordered some replacement bags online but can't remember where from!Think it might be : https://www.vacuumbags2u.co.uk
Not sure how they compare with other sites though.0 -
what is the difference between FJM bags and normal GN bags?0

Not sure what GN bags but would strongly recommend that you stick with the genuine Miele bags and not the cheaper paper ones. I nearly spent a fortune on a new vacuum as I thought my 7 yr old Miele was on its way out, then realised the suction hadn't been as good since using the paper bags, also the machine got red hot! So my £2.50 saving nearly cost me a new machine!! Went back to the genuine bags and it's been fine since.0

thanks
i am going to be getting a Miele cat and dog and in anticipation i have ordered some genuine bags from ebay, they were the FJM ones though
I only noticed after i ordered that some mieles take GN and some FJM
so i was wondering if the FJM ones would fit the Cat and dog.0 -
You need to check the model number of the Miele C&D you're getting against the model numbers on the FJM bags to make sure they're compatible. Mine's a Cat & Dog and takes the FJM ones but maybe there are different models within the C&D range?0

does your manual say order GN bags or FJM?
the bags that came with my cat and dog are GN types
weird one this, some sites say its compatible, some dont!0 -
I wouldn't know where to find my manual after all this time!! Have you got the bags yet? It should say on them which models they are suitable for. There seem to be loads of numbers in the Miele range. I just looked at the model number of the vacuum cleaner and then made sure it was on the bags!0

makro was selling the (miele) menalux bags for £2.99 a box plus vat. couldn't get them last few times i have been there so looks like they might have stopped stocking miele ones, but the hoover bags are in the same colour box (red) and look exactly the same so i'll try them next time, let you know if they fit0

you can buy 2 boxes of miele bags for less than £14 at johnlewis.com also there is free delivery with every order no minimum spend0
