Why would anyone want to wash their car? It's just gonna get dirty again & then you'll have to wash it again.....where does it all end?!
Far better to let the rain take care of it.0 -

 I agree with you to a degree. I don't wash my car obsessively like some of the folks round here do, religiously every week  but when I do and I use this, I find it stays clean for ages..the dirt just washes off. This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune!

I picked up a couple of refills last year in Asda cheap but not as cheap as Makro!
I heard this was being discontinued too but it works well and leaves the car clean and smear free. Perhaps not as cheap as car shampoo and water but saves a fortune if you go to the car wash regularly.
Really? Where did you hear it was being discontinued? If this is true it is bad news, I think this is the best car cleaning product to come out for years.0 -
Just bought one of these at Instore, York (clifton moor). The shelves are stacked full and they have loads of refils. Shampoo and drying action....
Prices are £5.99 for Flash car wash starter pack.
Refills are £1.99 each for both shampoo and drying action.
Don't think these will be here long. The refills seemed to be in everyones shopping basket.0 -

My neighbour washes his every 3-4 days!!! Seriously, how sad is that?0 -
Leaving your car dirty does mean that the paintwork gets oxidised and starts to look flat and non-shiny anymore and wax will not bring it up to a shine of any kind. Depends how much you care about the appearance of your car really. Paper bag with 2 eyes cut out on head, or clean car0

Not sad at all, I have cleaned mine 2 or 3 times in a week when I have the time. it prevents a build up of dirt and grit which when people brush past your car that is what casues fine scratches in the paint.
as for the flashh thing im not sure if they are what im looking for with the shampoo do they create a foam?0 -
The shampoo does build up a lather. Only downside I have noticed is it has an adverse effect on my RAIN X coated glass.
BTW Morrisons still doing shampoo and refills for 99p each0 -
so many questions about the flash system
is it a bottle that I could fill with my own shampoo or are the bottles sealed and useless once empty? I dont fancy using anything other than the shampoo I know is ok.
Im trying to get myself an inexpensive foam gun.0
