T-Mobile BT Openzone access

Hi,
I came across the T-Mobile Wi-Fi app on Google Play (Android Market) on my Samsung Galaxy S2, and after looking in to it, it appears new T-Mobile customers can get access to BT Openzone hotspots as part of their contracts.
As I've had my contract 5 months now, it seems I'm not eligible. I thought at first it may be an add-on I can get, so I phoned T-Mobile.
The guy didn't know what I was talking about and didn't know it was possible.
After digging a little deeper he found some information about it and said I was not eligible but I could take out a new price plan to have it included.
I left it there, because I don't want to change my price plan as it will void the cashback offer with the website I bought from.
I have been looking on T-Mobile's website for information but am struggling to find anything helpful.
Has anyone any experience on getting BT Openzone access with T-Mobile, and if so was it a new contract? Has anyone managed to gain access without paying extra?
Thanks in advance

I also saw this app for my BlackBerry - Thanks for the reminder to contact T-Mobile :-)
I got a swift response from T-Mobile:
"I've had a quick look into your account and see that the features that are required to access wifi app is not available on your price plan. Please call our Customer Service team and they'll be able to let you know about the features that can be added to your account or price plans which will be compatible to use the wifi apps."
So I infer from that response that they want more money from me even though I already have one of the old Unlimited Internet tariffs.
Oh well, another reason to switch to a different provider when my contract expires in 2 months time.
