Shapes change after having children too.
I have to agree with this, weight aside I have a larger frame than before having a child, I blame it on that thing that happens (where I think your ligaments loosen up to allow your pelvis to become wider just before birth?) I always had a small waist (to the point that one friend would stare and ask 'but where do you keep all your internal organs??') but I swear even my ribs have expanded, I certainly need a bigger bra size (as in measurement below bust rather than cup size.)Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)
December £361.54, November £322.28, October £288.52, September £374.30, August £223.95, July £71.45, June £251.22, May£119.33, April £236.24, March £106.74, Feb £40.99, Jan £98.54) Total for 2017 - £2,495.100 -

Congratulations. You and your lifestyle have officially bored the crap out of me.
(Oh how I hate sanctimonious....'look at me, look at me, I jump out of airplanes, snowboard to work and live life on the edge. Woop! Woop! Go me!!!! people)“Don't do it! Stay away from your potential. You'll mess it up, it's potential, leave it. Anyway, it's like your bank balance - you always have a lot less than you think.”

I knew this thread wasn't going to go anywhere good. But thank you so much sophief333, for helping it to get there even faster. I hope to goodness you never actually become depressed or, god forbid, disabled or develop a long-term illness that affects your mobility.:coffee:Coffee +3 Dexterity +3 Willpower -1 Ability to Sleep
Playing too many computer games may be bad for your attention span but it Critical Hit!0 -
Generally very sorry if I offended anyone, I certainly didn't intend to. Deleted my previous posts as requested.
I was being honest though. I wont apologise for being extremely grateful for the healthy, fit body I have. I love my body and never take it for granted.
I do feel like a lot of you are coming across as angry, miserable and unmotivated. I have both disabled friends and family members, as most of us do, and I have met many disabled people through fundraising events that I take part in. Some of these people are the most inspirational people I know and are certainly not angry, miserable and unmotivated.
Again, very sorry I upset some of you.
Haters guna hate though.0 -

Now I have one answer to a question I posed earlier - you don't really have to try to be offensive, it obviously just comes naturally!
I was not angry and miserable in my response to your unfortunate posts - I wanted you to grasp that sometimes people with disabilities just cannot (no matter how motivated or possessing of a lust for life) be as active as they might wish.
It is not as simple as you seem to think - it's NOT 'mind over matter' or 'positive thinking', it's about basic physiology and biology - sometimes things just won't work.
Being shown 'inspirational' pictures (of guys missing limbs???) and 'motivational' videos (of wheelchair users on adapted skis - why was that relevant?) won't assist someone that has a medical condition or a disability that physically prevents them from being as active as they would wish for. Yes, having a positive outlook assists in life BUT sometimes it is not as simple as just that..... why can't you see that?:hello:0 -

Believe me, I'm more than aware of this and my posts were not aimed at disabled people.
They were aimed at those people with perfectly healthy bodies that take them for granted. I was using those inspirational, awesome people, to shame those lazy, excuse-ridden people.0 -
Who are these allegedly lazy, excuse-ridden flab-buckets? No-one who has read this thread, I hope. That would be altogether far too patronising, even for you0

So unless you are drinking over 20 cups a day it's not hundred's of calories is it?
Wherever you got your info from it's wrong.0 -
I suppose it depends on how much milk you put in. 15ml of whole milk is 10 calories. That's slightly more than you get in those pre-packed individual milk portions. 15ml of semi-skimmed is only 7.5 calories.0

No need to enter a debate about it the whole point is that saying one can only maintain their weight by eating no more than 500 calories is almost inevitably miscounting how much they are consuming.0
