As this is Santanders response to me....
So now, both myself & my sister have missed out on the £33.66 cashback.
I got the same response, make a official complaint. They will probably pay you the £33.66 each to close the complaint.Can I find out my credit score?You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)0 -
You say the isnt the first time you havent received an email, when others have? Sounds like they havent got the right one/ misspelt email on their records- would be worth calling and finding out if it is correct or not on the system.. if you put the correct address on the application, grounds for complaint as they havent updated.0
