Correct dept for finding out OLA ref from Santander?

https://retail.santander.co.uk/EBAN_Accounts_ENS/BtoChannelDriver.ssobto?dse_operationName=staticContent&dse_parentContextName=&dse_processorState=initial&dse_nextEventName=start&opCode=00000078

I don't fancy being on hold for an age only to then find out i've called the wrong number & need to then be on hold for another age to the right number.

Not sure whether i should call the "online banking support" or the "bank accounts" number.

Basically i've been declined cashback from an application even though i met the T&Cs. TCB will appeal this but i need the OLA number which "will be in the email they sent" ... except no they didn't.

So i need to try & get my OLA reference number to push on with the cashback appeal.

For anyone in the same situation reading this through using the search - neither of the numbers are correct.

I called the online banking which directed me to the bank accounts which directed me to applications department, which gave me a recorded message of their opening hours (not Sunday) & cut me off.

Is the cashback to do with Santander or a third party?

Santander & TopCashBack. I opened an everyday current account via topcashback.

As did my mum, my gf, my brother, my sister.

We all met the T&Cs, we all operated pretty much the same (i even credited my account the most).

My sister & i have been declined cashback, yet the other 3 still show as pending.

We all applied on the same day, so if one has been declined, surely all should be. So i'm in the process of trying to get my OLA number to appeal.

Excuse me being thick but what has this to do with Santander then?
Your beef should be with cashback - you can show them statements of exactly what you have opened and how much you paid into the account.
This OLA sounds spanish to me a red herring even.

OLA - is the application number Santander give when opening a new account > the cashack site requires this to track the cashback order.

I had the same problem as you it cannot be recovered by any means over the phone, I had to complain to get it (though it was my fault for deleting the email with it on not Santanders)
Can I find out my credit score?
You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)

Thanks to the explanation by Saints I have looked up the email I got from Santander when I opened accounts in 2010. The OLA is included in the title of the email you recieve to confirm the account has been opened, along with the date of opening, e.g.

    Your DISA6 OLA 99999999 dd/mm/yyyy

Are you saying you never got this email, or did you receive it and delete it? The email came within a couple of days of openeing the account.

I received it but deleted it, I didnt realise I would need it to help claim the cashback through Quidco / Topcashback :-)

    Thanks for explaining Saints.

I don't delete emails - so i never received it. It's not the first time i've never received "THE" email either. I opened a preferred current account too & never received one, yet my gf did. We never had a problem with that (cashback) though, so never had to chase it.

As i say, i don't delete emails, especially ones concerning money. If i'd received it, then it'd be there. I'd happily hold my hand up if i'd deleted it, but i haven't.
I did take a screenshot of the OLA, which i only recently deleted as the payment was showing as pending for so long.

Can you explain how you got it please?

As this is Santanders response to me....
Having forwarded your query to our Account Openings team to be further investigated, regrettably, they are confirming that as your application has been completed and your new account has now been activated and you have a sort code and account number, the 'OLA' reference can no longer be traced as this is used during the application process only.

So now, both myself & my sister have missed out on the £33.66 cashback.
