What's the best deal I can negotiate out of Vodafone for One X or Galaxy 3 S??
I was wondering if anyone could advise what's the best deal I should aim for with Vodafone.
I need 1500-2000 minutes per month and at least 1gb of data, but the more the merrier for peace of mind. Some months I have gone over the 2000 min and 1gb mark.
I've been with Vodafone for 5 years and have 3 accounts. So far I've managed to negotiate the following out of the upgrades department, but I've still seen better deals on other networks like 02 and 3.
HTC One X:
1200 minutes, 1000 extra land line minutes, 0845 numbers included, 2gb data, unlimited texts, free phone (£43/month on 24 month contract).
or 3000 minutes, 0845 numbers, 2gb data, unlimited texts (£50/month on 24 month contract)
Galaxy 3 S: 24 Month contract , 1200 Mins , 1000 extra landline minutes, 0845 numbers, Unltd texts , 2 GB (£51/month on 24 month contract).
So the Galaxy 3 S is 8 pounds more per month for the same contract, and Vodafone claim that they're unable to offer a discount on this. Is this really true?
I would prefer to stay on Vodafone because I have the SureSignal signal booster system installed in my office and home, where the signal would otherwise be terrible.
Thanks

The S3 is only on pre order isn't it? Wait a month if you want any sort of deal.0

I too am having the same problem with the same two phones.Best Vodafone offered me was one x for £29 pounds, 600 mins, unlimited txt 1-2gb of data because there just changing there policy apparently for £41 month. S3 for free 900 mins, unlimited txt 1-2 gb data for £30.75 a month for first year then £41a month for second year. Best deal i can get i think at moment is from 3,which is free phone on pre order(which apparently they are going to charge for after release date) 2000 mins,5000 mins 3 to 3 calls, unlimated data and 2000 txt.0
