Water bill paid for free

Hi all,

I came across this site today. It claims they will pay your water bill absolutely free, if you're selected in some kind of contest. The site itself looks pretty cool, it has a few tips for saving money on gas and heating stuff. No forums, tho. :confused:

I signed up for the free newsletter, maybe it'll save me a buck or two. Any takers? See if one of us can win that free water bill thing...
