Wrong tariff

Hi all

I am a self employed plumber and have to use my mobile a lot.

I have been with Vodafone for a few years now, and in February I got a sim only deal from them with a £5 bolt on for unlimited calls.

They now tell me that this was only for one month! And now my bills are high!

I have called this morning and after a lengthy chat - they are checking their phone recordings.

Why, as a small business - would I only want this for one month?

Any advice please on this mistake?

    Hi - some bolt ons are 30 day and some are for the lifetime of the contract. It really depends on what you were told at the time, if you have been misled then you may have a case for them to refund you. Is the tariff you are on a business one or consumer?
