Oh dear hypno, how awful for you. And just when things were looking up with the new job. I can see you're a wonderful sister and will do what you can but do take care of yourself. With so many people relying on you it would be easy and natural to be overwhelmed by it all. So try to build in some me-time for yourself. Hope your sister starts to come out of her bad place soon.

I was thinking about this last night Hypno - and have to agree - you and your OH seem to fit together really well,. you seem to be sorted about your joint aims and hopes, expecially working together to fulfill the kids dream too. Lovely.

Thank you all so so much for your support. I was overwhelmed when I read it!

I have finally completed the college assignment - it has to be in by 5 so will be setting off shortly to hand it in. It is not the best work that I have ever done, but hey ho, it will have to suffice right now! I think I will have done enough to pass, if I haven't then I will just have to do it again!

OH is a good'un. We have been together since I was 15, which is about a million years ago. He has his moments, but then don't we all! I think it is fair to say we would be lost without each other.

Invigilating was good, no real problems from the kids - they had been given a stern talking to before the exams started, so they were fairly well on their best behaviour, which is just as well, given the mood I arrived at School in this morning!

Right, best get some socks on, and start thinking about getting to college!!

Sorry to hear about your sister. Mine did the same a few years ago. It was a cry for attention and she refused any offers of help.

She returned back to her normal self soon enough, but obviously our circumstances are different.

She is in need of obvious help and you'll probably have to fight for it but she needs a support system...and it shouldn't all come down to you..that isn't meant to sound horrible..as I'm thinking of you and please get some you time as we can't be doing with you cracking under the strain...and some much needed rest is in order as well...big big hugs from me xxxx take care xxx

Big hug for you Hypno -sometimes we just want to get off th roller coaster as with the highs come the lows too. Hope your sister gets the help she needs and soon !
I won't blether on about my trip just say I had a fab time but did do a tiny bit of MSEing by vilunteering for a bump so travelled from Vegas to LA on a different airline an hour laterand got paid $200 for doing so.

So, apart from essay writing, looking after your sister, running round after kids, looking after lodger, raising 1000's, working behind bar, invigilating, servicing clients (;)), getting ready for new job & doing housework, don't you feel your life is empty and you should take up a hobby?
