I have to say that if it was not re-connected tonight, then I was going to go up to the ski club and spend the evening there where they have wireless internet!

So, what have I done before BT sent me into the Ether? Well, I got a tax bill of 88p..........hmm, think I can cope with that one!

I got a book free, so have listed it on Amazon, and got the CD which I won in the radio comp, (well, I lost really, so it was a consolation prize) which is on ebay and has a few watchers already which is good.

I have one thing on ebay with £1.20 bid finishing tomorrow. I don't think it will get more than that but every little helps. I keep looking for "well worn" shoes to list.........;)

Yesterday I started my PGCE, which was a tad scary, but it will be ok when we all get settled - lots of form filling on the first day, so no real learning achieved so far. It will happen.

Today I did my first workshop for Adult Ed. I think it went quite well. I asked them all to fill out evaluation forms at the end of the session, and unless they are lying, I did ok. Hopefully there will be more in the pipeline before too long.

And now I am trying to catch up with everything that has been going on here! I hope everyone else is ok

It's a good point actually - what on earth are we all going to do once we are debt free? Run up a bit more debt just so we don't have to leave?

Edit - I cross posted with Pania, but managed to say almost the exact same sentence...lol!

I think that for a number of us, it will be necessary to keep posting on DFW to keep us from falling into the debt trap again.

We are here for the long haul!! I ain't going anywhere!

hehe welcome back! Just as well no broadband strike with postal strike or we'd all be loopy!! Sounds like you've been busy as always & great on starting the course. A friend of mine is considering it so I'll be keeping an eye out on your progress! Looking forward to seeing the 10,000 milestone - we'll have to have a special DFW party for that one!

Thanks FF - I gather that quidco are behind a bit with their payments, so I will have to wait before I pay off that extra tenner!

Ooh that reminds me - can I claim compensation from BT for not being able to do my daily clicks do you reckon?
