Thanks everyone! Just got home from a very excited 7 year old's birthday party - lots of crisps, biscuits, and mad sledging down the ski club - ably led by the Dads!!!

Now everyone is shattered and ready to drop! Early nights all round me thinks - there is only so much excitement I can take in one day!!

Congrats on the new job. :T

Hope today is just as good for you as yesterday

Sun is shining again here. Another NSD yesterday, so 4 out of the last 5 were NSDs.

Plan of action today is to attack the admin again - it's like housework, as soon as you finish it, it just reappears. I've also been doing the normal thing of putting things off too so I need to especially attack the "I'll do it next time pile".

Hope your day is more exciting than my admin one.

Morning Se999, sadly my day is no more exciting than yours! The children are skiing, and I too have loads of admin to do, but if I come home I will find excuse after excuse, so I am taking my laptop to the ski club, sitting myself down so that I can watch the children, but also work at the same time.

That's the idea, anyway! I also have a couple of matched bets to do which will take a bit of time, but I can do those in between the "real" work!

4 days out of 5 as NSDs is pretty good going - I wish I could get 4 NSDs in a month! Must try harder!!
