Morning All
It is raining here so I won't be doing any washing.
We have FIL coming for dinner because MIL has been taken to Gibraltar by DH'S brother as her 80th birthday present. (Yes we are the poor relations and SIL is very much a Hyacinth Bucket :rotfl: I have a sister like that too, she will cross the road rather than talk to me. Oh well her loss, I suppose every family must have one )
Hester keep that foot up, maybe you should go and see the Dr tomorrow x

Morning all,
Dry and breezy here, so wm is on with bedding, will get it on the line today, OH has been out too the boot sale and bought me one of those pop up greenhouses for seedlings :j, its lovely, and was only £5, will come in so handy for next year.
Busy day yesterday, OH mowed, and I weeded the whole garden, and planted out my seedlings, lets hope the weather stays ok ish for a while now.
I also cleaned the bathroom and kitchen, so all fairly tidy this morning.
OH has suggested that we go out for breakfast :T, which will be nice, dinner later will be nabsso a nice easy day cooking wise.
Lots to list on ebay later on, and some packing to do ready to post out tomorrow.
Sistercas, I am very impressed, dd and I have been thinking of starting to jog, do you have any details?
Hester hope your ankle gets better soon xx0 -
Morning all, bit grey and overcast here but big yellow ball is trying to get through. Washing on line, dog walked and off to Lidl in a minute. Have to tidy DD's room later as she is bringing 'some of her stuff' back from Uni . She has finished her course and will be home from June 10th. She seems to have accumulated so much stuff.
Hugs to all in need. HH hope ankle is better soon and that JackieO and Muckymoo are feeling better.adelight glad the funeral went well and good luck with revision and finals. lovely see you posting Lou hope you feel better soon, keep resting.
Have a super day all and Good Luck to all DDs and DSs who are taking exams.:)£180.00 in 'sistercas'fund
Hope is like the sun, which, as we journey toward it, casts the shadow of our burden behind us.

HH - hope the ankle gets better
Sistercas/RR - I'm looking at starting the C25K too, but am very scared! I won't even be able to actually start running for a few weeks cos I'm so unfit! But need to start something...
I had a lovely lie in til 10am. Today I'm going to do the food shop, don't actually get paid til midnight but it won't come out out of my account til tomorrow and as I have college tomorrow after work it's easier to go today.
Other than that no plans. Weather is a bit iffy. May just veg out with Kindle on sofa. If it stops raining, I'll go for a walk.
OS wise - HM celery and apple soup for lunch, something HM from freezer for tea. hoover to go over, laundry to put away.
Have a fab day

Morning All
Feel I have been up for hours, DS woke up at just after 5am, he snuggled in bed with us and went back off to sleep whilst I didn't  ended up getting up at 6am to kick Luna outside. Will try a power nap later.
Sold kids little tikes playhouse (DD won't play in it due to the wee beasties lurking inside) so that's being picked up today, need to dismantle it in a mo.
Been swimming with kids and just chilling with a cuppa, feels cold today but not putting heating on.
Tea will be the usual roast chicken, have a real hankering for roast parsnips and I don't have any
Other than that I need to put vac round. Again. <sigh> the joy of yellow lab ownership, everything shows every single hair!!
Hester hope ankle is better ASAP xxx
Redruby http://www.nhs.uk/LiveWell/c25k/Pages/couch-to-5k.aspx might be of some use to you, I believe there are podcasts you can download but no idea what's on them :rotfl:

Have a list of things to get done before 3, but just popped in over a coffee. Bills paid, bank book up-to-date (and RDF slightly higher cos I forgot our gas and lekky have gone down £30 per month :T).
Onion soup for lunch having succumbed to the 5kg for £2 at L!dl yesterday, so recipe ideas very welcome. Might try freezing some. Ciabatta rising in the oven, WM on, bins all empty. Right, coffee over, time to attack that jungle!MrsSD declutter medals 2023 🏅🏅🏅⭐⭐ 2025
