Hello All,
My signal has gone down in my area and has been like this for 2 months now so i can't have a decent phone call without interference or the phone cutting out while i'm at home. If i go out of my area its fine!
I contacted tesco and they said theres nothing they can do and i'm tied in to a 24 month contract. I have checked on my credit report and tesco isn't on there.
If i stopped paying them it wouldn't affect my credit unless they took me to court and won a ccj against me as the credit agreement isn't appearing on there and hence it won't show if i have missed a monthly payment ?

As soon as you miss they will.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

No network guarantees reception indoors. It's simply impossible. My signal has gone down in my area and has been like this for 2 months now so i can't have a decent phone call without interference or the phone cutting out while i'm at home. If i go out of my area its fine!
Firstly, there are at least three main CRAs and Tesco are likely to report to one only. Secondly, they don't have any obligations to do this.I contacted tesco and they said theres nothing they can do and i'm tied in to a 24 month contract. It will affect. They are unlikely to sue you, but they will report missed payments and default, then will sell the debt to debt collectors. If i stopped paying them it wouldn't affect my credit unless they took me to court and won a ccj against me as the credit agreement isn't appearing on there and hence it won't show if i have missed a monthly payment ?0 -

The reception doesn't simply pick up outdoors either. I wrote them a letter stating why i will no longer continue to pay them and returned the phone and sim card recorded delivery and have not heard from them since.0
