will switch everything off an have a look. is hour enough to see anything?

just had a look at account history and came across bill from 06/06/12 - thats the closest one to year from yesterdays reading and it looks like this:

    day 9506 (yesterday 15770) - difference of 6264
    night 3650 (yesterday 5247) - difference of 1597

thats giving just over 655 a month!
one bed flat, 2 people we out about 70% of the day.

    More than enough.
Your total consumption of 7861kWh pa is really quite low for an all electric tariff. However, those year-on figures confirm that your night rate usage is only 20% of the total, which may (depending on supplier/tariff) be too low to make E7 viable for you. You can easily check via a comp site now you have the annual kWh figures-just pro-rata them down to 365 days, it'll be close enough.

I would switch everything ON and see which reading is increasing.

You are out of context, mate. kate.n has been advised to turn everything off in order to check for a crossed meter. If you are suggesting checking something else, then please be explicit about what you are chacking for.

Just to help, I hope, with why there were estimated readings. I'm with Eon, and we were all estimated from the 27th Feb, because we had a price decrease. Eon won't accept your own reading ready for this if it's outside of the billing window.

Try contacting Helena, the e.on rep on here. The address is in her profile.
The reps seem to be a helpful lot, so might be worth it if you don't have any joy elsewhere.
