Vodafone rep Heidi promised to look into my phone plan problem, she has given people on the forum the impression she is helping me. I have had no communication. Has any body else experienced the same. Are some posters stooges. USED TO LOVE VODAFONE, STARTING TO HATE IT.

Be patient, not meaning to be blunt but there is more than just youself she will be dealing with and so many hours in a day
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

I have had a hell of a lot of time wasting and ignorance and pathetic platitudes from customer services. I was told i would be helped by Heidi on 17/5 . Why should i be patient any longer, i am many pounds out of pocket and am haveing to waste hours on a problem that is not my fault.

Vodafone won't honour the warranty on my phone as one of their invisible engineers believes I must have damaged the LCD myself by compressing it. That isn't true but they won't listen to me. So not a lot one can do. There is always an out for them somehow.

Heidi replied on Friday, as has been said there are others to talk to and like most people she proably doesn't work Weekends.

Certainly NOT a "stooge", I've had a whole line of problems - all created by Vodafone - for at least the last 15 months. They are absolutely appalling. HOWEVER - the CRT have been there throughout and (although it really shouldn't be necessary) have resolved each problem as best they can throughout. they are just about the ONLY part of Vodafone that does seem to give a damn.

    Two different things here.

To recap on your original post
Told vodafone last year that i was leaving them due to poor customer service and network down. They offered me a motorola defy, 300 mins,500texts,500mb. I agreed, ihave just found out they are only giving me 100 mins. On average i am now being overcharged 30 pounds a month. I keep complaining but they just ignore my query. What can i do?

I have just 3 points here,
    (i) Yes, it is annoying when people agree to ring you back that day, as Heidi from Vodafone promised, and that would get my goat too.
(ii) Given that the problem has been going on for some months and you have only just noticed, do a couple of days extra really matter if you get it resolved properly in the long run?

My third point is a bit more sinister. Your original thread has been closed immediately after the Vodafone rep's post and that doesn't allow for MSE members to see the resolution of the problem. Not only that, but your post following the "I'm here to help and will ring back today" from the Vodafone rep complaining that she hadn't done as promised and my joking reply that Heidi seems to be heiding seem to have been deleted.

Why? Just who decided to leave the thread closed on a positive tone from Vodafone rather than your last post complaining that they never rang you back as promised.??

Big Brother? Voda leaning on MSE team? Don't approve of censorship of this kind

Neither do I, but this was a predictable result of the OP keeping posting numerous and delirious posts in both threads simultaneously. This can annoy anyone, including the BG.

Don't know what was going on last night, Grumbler, as I was out, but looking at miles' previous posts, the last one from the original post was on the 17th and this thread didn't kick off till yesterday.

Whatever the case was, the previous thread now ends most unsatisfactorily and appears to conclude with the good Heidi promising to contact the op, whereas she failed to do so as promised and op rightly commented to that effect.

That to my way of thinking smacks of the mods censoring the thread and there has to be some suspicion that vodafone may have complained to them. Happy to be shown to be wrong, though.

We will see what happens with this thread, and surely we would all be better informed if we hear when and if Heidi contacts op and what the resolution is?
