    Condescending, or just common sense? No one should need to ask what to do in this situation.

    Or they could take your advice, and then receive a bill for the goods they have in their position. Really smart! :p

    That webpage will give you the procedure you need to follow in order to discharge yourself from your statutory duty of care.

    Technically the goods will never be yours. Goods sent in error remain the property of the sender. However, after 6 years, legally they cannot claim against you for damages.

    It should be at their expense and your convenience though. When you write to them, include a list of dates you will be available for them to collect it. Remember and keep copies of the letters you send along with proof of postages.
