It is free from an Orange contract phone with an Orange tariff and does not come off your inclusive minutes allowance. However, if you have an Orange Value Promise Equivalent tariff of O2 or Vodafone, then they will be deducted from your inclusive minutes allowance. If you have no more inclusive minutes left, it will then be chargeable at 15p per minute.0

Its free if you are on a orange pay monthly tariff. Might be different if its a price match tariff though (OVP).0

You only pay 25p if your using a pay as you go acc and that for how ever long the call is. Contract acc's get 150 free (apart from those list above).0
