A bit like certain PPC's who claim their successes are precedents?0

Judges undoubtedly do talk to each other. For example, when one judge is mercilessly slated for giving a perfectly reasonable judgment, she may tell others that there are people about who have no respect for the judiciary and they need to watch out for any claims they make.
Whilst the poster using the name freddy_miles is trying to sound more reasonable now one has only to look at his first post to see whose interests he represents. The asking of rhetorical questions is a well worn technique. Instead of asking people who would not be able to answer the rhetorical question, I expect he will be telephoning Scun-thorpe County Court on Monday...0 -

Anything presented at a court hearing could or could not be persuasive. Indeed some district judge may think your trying to tell them their job if you waved a transcript from another hearing at them!
I have no doubt that the judges who hear these cases no doubt have their inner circles, but to think that one judge would contact every other judge in the county court circuit, to make them hear of a certain case is beyond belief!
Its the same both ways the PPC and the driver can quote or show what they like but its down to the judge on the day.
Until we get one heard at the court of appeal all produced information is simply for persuasion.
The judge in Scun-thrope may have simply said he would let his colleagues know of his findings, and not the whole county court judiciary!0 -

freddy_miles wrote: »I totally agree with most of your post, except the last paragraph, the original post stated "Judge McLlaine made some very important rulings against this bunch of cowboys to be circulated to other courts " and that is totally misleading in 2 areas, the first being his 'rulings' at that level judges do not make rulings only decide on the civil standard the case before them and secondly the circulation of such.
I agree his/her judgement means nothing in any other case unless the judge in that case wishes it to be! Also I cant see how he/she could let other courts know.0 -
It seems that freddy_miles, the latest iteration of our long running PPC troll is a bit aerated. Suddenly it's all going wrong for PPC scamdom.
Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of chancers.0 -
Is anyone else wondering what freddy is doing here? He has just joined, he says he is not a PPC troll, and yet he made a bee line for a thread which described a failed court claim by a PPC. He did not ask whether the judge could spread his opinions, he denounced it as "Tosh". That would suggest that he felt he knew enough about the County Court (Small Claims) procedure to be able to confidently use such language and would not need to ask us amateurs.
And yet, he is unable to spell precedent!
So, can anyone work out what his purpose was in coming here? It is beyond me, if he is not connected to any PPC.
If he is not a PPC, and he hasn't come on to seek advice because he's had a ticket, how did he find us? And more to the point, why did he look for us?
Surely not to start some quibble about what a District Judge could or couldn't do?
Anyway, I am satisfied he is a law abiding citizen, so we have nothing to fear from him.0 -
Does anyone think that "freddy" may be connected to the bunch of total losers at VCS/Excel? He seems to take a very personal interest in their latest but far from only court hammering. Maybe "freddy" is even one of the numbskull lawyers advising this bunch of losers?0
