Premium rate text messages and stupid OH

My OH has been getting texts advertising adult videos. He just told me him and his mates clicked on the link for one, thinking they would be charged £4.50 for a video.

Instead, the company sent him hundreds of text messsages instantaneously at the cost of £1.50 each. He called O2 and has changed his number.

But is there anything we can do about the £150+ thats going to go on this month's phone bill??
Debt collection agency £6,161
Home improvement loan £8,866
Student loan £11,350
Mortgage £142,920
