TV DDVD combi not working can I add an external DVD player

Hi

I have a Bush 22" DVD combi that is out of warranty and the DVD has decided to stop reading dvds...good tv, so dont want to scrap...can I just add a DVD player plus scart to it to carry on unsing the blessed thing?

    I can't think of any obvious reason why not. Go for it!

    Thanks...was just worried the inbuilt dvd might over ride the external dvd.....
  • When the TV's SCART connection senses a signal from your shiny new standalone DVD player it should automatically display it.
