Barclays debit card question

Just opened a Barclays current account plus account my question will I receive a card that I can use at pay at the pump on the summary sheet for the account it says connect card. The reason I ask is I opened a natwest advantage gold an they sent me the blue card that can't be used at the pump furious as I do alot of night driving an use this feature on my current HSBC advance account. So don't want to fall into the same trap I did with natwest with Barclays. Will be cancelling the natwest one. Thanks for your time.

With a current account plus you should get a decent debit card, probably a VISA debit. Phone them up and ask them though!Oh, you wee bazza!0

Just waiting for it to come through it says Barclays connect on the paperwork does it say electron for the full auth cards0

You will receive a Visa Debit card.
Make sure you register your phone for mobile phone insurance included on your account.
It is a standard card used so there should be no problem using it at a pay pump0 -
Am my hearing things that you got a current account at natwest and you can't use it at a pay as you pump.
BTW I have the same card from Barclays it's contactless as well and you can also change the design as you can on all of them I believe.0 -

I have Barclays Platinum Visa debit card and Yes it does pay-at-pump and Yes it does Contactless.The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0

I have the online card and it works where online cards arent supposed to work (and it has the offline AID of 31010) so maybe even the online cards will work at Pay At Pump? Barclays Connect is a Visa debit and you can use it anywhere that takes Visa, online or offline.0
