kgb deals

On 3rd April 2012 I bought and paid for an item via the kgb deals website. I have, to date, not received the item from the supplier despite MANY emails to both kgb deals AND the supplier. I have been fobbed off each time with "you will receive your item by the end of the week" etc.
I am just going round in circles and getting absolutely nowhere with both of these companies. Can anyone recommend a method which will make them 'sit up and listen' and take me seriously, I still want the item, not a refund, despite requesting both and continuously being fobbed off.
PLEASE HELP!!
