to get a full refund you should of complained and refused any more services at the time-- like as soon as i saw dirty sunloungers i would of been back to reception saying we are leaving now
i would suggest you ask for 75% back as u used the services-- all of them

Did not bother sending the egg back, as it was already a good 15 mins since my friends had got their meals, and I didn't want to hold us up any further. Two of us needed to be gone by 3.30, to pick up our kids, so time was short after lunch to get another swim in.
